Experience: In 1980 Randy started RP Painting & Decorating, as a third generation painter he has had hands on training in all aspects of the industry. At the age of 14 he learned from his Grand Father who owned Drennan Co painting during the depression. After college at ASU he felt bored working 8-5 at Motorola and ventured out to start RP Painting.

Duties: Office mgt / Estimation of projects and oversee of Estimating Department
Experience: Started in 1991 in the field and worked in to estimating then became vice president.
Hobbies: Enjoy golf, scuba diving, working in my yard, and working with/coaching youth sports in the So. Jordan/Riverton area.
Project Manager; Dave Bons

Duties: Project Management, Scheduling, works closely with Contractor and paint suppliers to determine the right products to use. Oversee painters in the field. Quality Control, Safety.
Experience: 30 years of commercial, industrial , custom home painting. Started at RP Painting in 2007.
Hobbies: Enjoys playing Guitar, camping, fishing, spending time with his kids.
Office Manager; Traci Romans

Duties: Payroll/HR, Accounts Receivable/Payable. I handle all waivers, warranties, and pay requests.
Experience: I started in the front office gaining all the knowledge that is needed maintain all job files, writing PO’s, contracts, insurance certs, and of course the phones.
Hobbies: Anything that is out doors in the summer. Winter I am just a couch potato.
Safety Manager/Estimator; Andy Hill

Duties: Managing the safety program, implementing safety procedures and maintaining OSHA requirements. Andy also estimates projects and prepares bid proposals.
Experience: Andy has 14 years in the construction industry, the last one of which has been with RP Painting. He has worked in areas such as Project Management, Safety, Estimating, and Skill Trade. Andy also has a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University. He has only lived in Utah for the last two years and Michigan is where Andy is from.
Hobbies: Andy has fun doing activities with his family as well as various sports including skiing. Andy is a huge football fan and enjoys coaching his three sons’ whenever he can.
Admin Assistant; Linda Short

Duties: I answer the phones, type bids, write P.O.’s, mail out submittals, and maintain job files.
Experience: I’ve been at R.P. Painting for almost a year.
Hobbies: When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and making jewelry to sell at boutiques.
Field/Office Support; Ric Hansen

Duties: Supply’s the jobs with materials, take care of lifts, equipment, tools. Field/office support.
Experience: Started with RP Painting in June 2010. Been painting for 17 years.
Hobbies: Playing guitar in his band, oil painting.
